Festival of the Photograph: High School Workshop

The FOTP High School Photography Workshop is a two-day intensive workshop held in conjunction with the first annual Festival of the Photograph coming to Charlottesville June 7th-10th 2007.

Students will explore aspects of both the photographic process and practice, narrowing in on the concept of narrative, both personal and fictional. The students will experiment with several photographic processes to produce final works that examine narrative within a spectrum that ranges from photojournalism to storytelling. This workshop encourages an atmosphere of exploration and experimentation in both the production and presentation of works created.
