Audio January: Storytelling

Audio Documentarian Jesse Dukes will play excerpts from two versions of the same radio story about the semi-local legendary folk-rock / musical theatre band The Extraordinaires, each version rendered in completely different styles: classic NPR feature, and Maysles-inspired audio verité. Then, The Extraordinaires themselves — musicians, storytellers, and entertainers — will perform their unique blend of music, sound, design and scripted theater.
