COMMUNITY OUTREACH
Community Outreach is a major component of Bridge programming. Through workshops, projects and related events we seek to establish strong ties with communities through out Charlottesville.
Workshops and creative projects are central to this process.
Averaging anywhere from 1 week to 6 months in length, workshops and projects are conducted at The Bridge and partnering locations, making use of collective facilities and available resources.
Workshops and projects may be run by Bridge staff, educators, mentors or artists depending upon the nature and duration.
The Bridge encourages such workshops and projects to culminate in an exhibition of related work in our Gallery at the conclusion of each session.
